Hi, I’m Christen Gilchrist.

I’m an organisational psychologist who specialises in making businesses more efficient by helping their people work smarter.

I bring 14+ years of experience in business psychology, change strategy, and leadership coaching - supporting clients across the UK, Middle East, Europe and Australia. From the NHS frontline to international boardrooms, I’ve helped organisations remove what’s getting in the way of real progress.
