My journey
Creating Core Potential Solutions has been shaped by one driving question: How can I make the biggest impact?
It started in the public sector, where I worked with people experiencing homelessness and complex needs. From there, I moved into mental health, supporting individuals through challenging times in psychiatric units and community crisis teams.
But I realised the biggest change often happens higher up the chain. That led me to organisational psychology, where I could influence leadership, strategy, and culture to create meaningful change across entire organisations.
With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, I transitioned to organisational development roles within the NHS and began collaborating with private sector consultancies.
I worked with businesses in the UK, the US, the Middle East, and Australia, learning how different cultures approach leadership, team dynamics, and organisational challenges. These global experiences taught me that no two organisations are the same—and that the most effective solutions are tailored, practical, and rooted in understanding.
